Volunteers are our lifeline at NSL, they are at the heart of everything we do. Put simply, we just could not keep going as a charity without them. They are a massive part of our community. Volunteers help support the running of our programmes delivered throughout Scotland and the overseas.   

Our charity is in a unique position to offer placements and volunteering opportunities throughout our programme and piloting ideas in partnership with the local community. Our charity believes in working together with the community and through a person-centred approach to empower and inspire those living locally and supporting those Navigating Sanctuary Life.    

We believe in the power of volunteering to change people’s lives and want to support people to take up chances to get involved as volunteers. This applies not only to our own projects but with other groups and organisations across the city.
