Join us at our next Dignity in Food Provision Project! 🍽️ We’re looking forward to welcoming you for another afternoon of good food, meaningful conversation and community connection. This month, we’re delighted to welcome back Emma from SAMH, who will be leading a wellbeing session on loneliness and social isolation. Emma will explore why these feelings can affect our mental health and share practical ways to build connections, improve wellbeing and feel more supported.
