This is the Dignity in Food Provision Project, delivered by Navigating Sanctuary Life, a registered Scottish Charity and supported by Glasgow’s Council for the Voluntary Sector. We really appreciate you taking the time to join us.
Over the next 12 months, we will meet here at Ashgill Recreation Centre every two weeks from 12 to 2pm. These sessions are designed to be a safe and welcoming space where we come together around food, share experiences, and support one another. Our aim is to help you feel more in control of your choices, build meaningful connections, and access local services that reflect your needs.
We also hope to learn from you. Food is deeply personal, and we would love for you to share your traditions, stories, and experiences. Through this, we can build stronger connections within the wider community and reduce social isolation and loneliness in adult ethnic minority groups including refugees and asylum seekers.
