- Also sometimes calling
people to check on their
mental well-being might as
well help to keeping in
touch with people within
the group who express
mental instability.

HAVE STORY
TELLING OF
THEIR EXPERIENCES

Love the idea of

making music a

core part of the

meet ups - invite

people to sing or

play an instrument,

maybe teach a

dance

A day of playing diverse

Music and having tea,

Craft day, Show

Your talent.

I Really enjoyed

the talk

To make sure people

feel safe to share

personal stories

or Sensitive things

about Mental

health, first

forget consent

You could plan sessions around SAMH's '5 A DAY' eg 1 week it's Be Active another week it's 'Take Notice' like Meditation + mindfulness Session.

Meet new friends and share your experiences. Meet with friends once a week or when you can. Have fun and eat together.

- Having sleeping difficulties, could you propose possible ways in order to cope with such problems?.

- Having people stand in the podium to deliver their experience about coping mechanisms for disorder.
